Turkish Mediterranean cooking, made in Gibsonia
Emily’s Mediterranean Turkish Grill sits on William Flinn Highway in Gibsonia, where the charcoal grill runs every evening and the mezze is made fresh in small batches. This is the food of the Turkish Mediterranean — hand-minced Lamb Adana, Iskender Kebab under warm tomato sauce, sauced eggplant Soslu, and red pepper baba ganoush, finished the way it should be: with strong Turkish tea and cold baklava.
And now there’s a reason to stay later. Our brand-new bar pours handcrafted cocktails, local drafts, and a carefully chosen wine list under the glassware racks. Come for dinner, stay for the evening.

We welcome walk-ins every night. For parties of 6 or more, call ahead at (724) 502-4575 and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you have vegetarian options?
Absolutely. Our mezze menu is vegetarian-friendly: Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Falafel, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Chickpeas Salad, Cacik, and more. Ask your server for recommendations.
Is the bar full service?
Yes. We pour handcrafted cocktails, draft and bottled beers, and a curated wine selection. The bar is open all hours we’re serving dinner.
